Talking about changing the routine, what should I change the routine to? :'( don't get me wrong, when I restart the BC it was hard as hell... • Instructor Workouts

I’m new to Bodypump, and am curious to know if the Les Mills Instructors exclusively do BodyPump workouts to maintain their physiques.   Are they doing any other workouts on their own different from Bodypump? Jay

Before I started I weighed 109 (Im only 5 foot tall) and now I weight 119. My legs are getting bigger around my thighs and I can't fit in any of my jeans. I like that I am more tone--that was ...
