    Yes, Scooter :)

And seems that they are introducing RPM High Performance, meaning two sets of choreography, so you can choose whether to do normal RPM class or tougher RPM HP class.

    In two tracks, yes. (3&5)

Just taking out a turn down when you sit, nothing huge.

It may not be anything huge, but it's welcome.  There are far too many rogue instructors changing the choreography to 'make it harder', and having the option of base vs high performance at least means that the rogue instructors are more likely to choose the high performance chorey instead of coming up with their own stuff.

An instructor proudly told me about how they removed the turn downs in Raindrops just a couple of days ago.  Now when I teach the same track at the same gym, the members are likely to say that my 'version' is easier.  Frustrating as hell.

I personally would prefer bonus tracks over two-chorey-version tracks, but it's something.

So it's more an option in the choreo than. Do you have the tracklist Bradley?

Oh, I'm disappointed. I was expecting something more :( So basically you can teach whichever version and then just give out those options to participants?

    Re: RPM 60

Francois, it's already been released in NZ and LMAP, so it's OK to post it.

I will be doing it this weekend at CFP... and would appreciate hearing the tracklist beforehand :)

    Thanks

yea, that's about the size of it. T5 is actually an acceleration to kick it up a notch.
